Professional users can use FeatureWorks for feature recognition. The program automatically (by default) starts after loading the file Import. Sometimes it's annoying, but the automatic launch can be turned off in the program options.

But what will happen, if we have an imported file, in which we have already made modifications?

Then depending on the type of surgery, or running recognition will not be possible, or the program will skip the added operations and start recognition.

But if you care about recognizing the import operation, you can always save the file as parasolid and reopen it. Recognition will then start automatically.

But suppose, that the file will no longer be changed, only scaled to shrinkage. What will happen if we now run feature recognition?

A message will appear: Remove unsupported operations from child operations or can be mapped as bold.
