Well, if the error appeared in the component, you can him open in a separate window and create a grid based on the geometry of this component. Usually, the default grid size will be different (less) than the one in the assembly. Then I copy the size calculated by the program.

In the target assembly I choose Grid control and after pointing to this component, paste it in (verified) size.
