SOLIDWORKS has ready-made sheet metal forming operations. But you can also prepare such operations on your own.
A thin element should be drawn not sheet metal, and on it the forming shape, remembering about the minimum radii.
Then, on the Sheet Metal tab, select Forming tool and indicate the stopping wall. You can also define the. insertion point.
If the operation is to be non-threaded, the process ends there. However, if the operation will be with a hole, indicate the wall to be removed.
And that's basically it. You can save the file in project library > Forming tools or in any location. However, remember to enable the attribute under the right button Forming tools folder.
