To make a through hole, threaded on both sides to the same depth, you can do it in one operation.

W Hole Wizard select 3D sketch.

Then tab positions add a sketch point on one side and on the exact opposite side, so that the points are aligned axially.

The result is a symmetrical threaded hole on both sides. The program will simply insert the thread designation twice.
