The task schedule is used for many purposes. One of them is the possibility of adding custom properties the part.
How it's working?
Run Task scheduler – Available from the Professional version. Select Update Custom Properties determining the folder with files or directly files.
In the case of text properties, enter the appropriate text.
And in the case of physical properties, just choose the jurisdiction from the drop -down list. ATTENTION! Don't worry, that the file name during the selection is different (here “part 1”). In the target part The program will use the right name.
How else can you complete the properties?
It is used for this, among others. Assembly visualization.
You should add new columns and choosing More From the list, e.g.. mass or material. After adding, they will be visible in parts, in which the properties have already been supplemented.
In the case of material in the column SW-Material You can choose from favorites or choose Edit material and define it!
