If you need to quickly select objects (e.g. to bring them together), and the cut list has already been updated – it is necessary to expand the folders. This is sometimes troublesome…

Another method is to frame / lasso in the graphics window. However, selecting objects in this way, they are not selected (the program selects features, not objects). Therefore, there is no operation available connect, can not define the material etc.

However, there is a quick solution!

Turn on the filter bar F5 and choose Solid Object Filter. Now you can frame the objects and the operations will be available, which were not possible to include before.
