By inserting an embossing in the sheets using the operation Sheet Metal Gusset, we do not fully influence its location. After selecting the faces, the program will automatically detect a vertex at one end of the edge. You can of course use Offsets, but if you want to center the rib – you must calculate the amount of the distance yourself.

Unfortunately there is no option “set in the middle”…

How can this be fixed?

insert Point geometric in the middle of the edge, which you will find on the card Reference geometry.

Then in operation Sheet Metal Gusset this point should be indicated, at the same time excluding Offset.
