In the case of welded structures, it is very often necessary to insert a single solid into a new file (e.g. for further CNC processing). By default, this option is available after right-clicking on the object (not an operation or a folder). But it would be possible, Expand the updated cut list… This is sometimes problematic.

Meet my proven way.

I turn on solid body filter. Then, without finding the object in the cut-list, I right-click on the object and the option Insert into a new part is available!

You can compare the availability of options under the right button, when you deselect the object filter.
