On the Sketch tab, next to arrays and relations there is a Move elements command. Most of you have probably used this using the rotate command, transfer or scale.

Today I would like to show you an option Stretch Entities.

This operation allows you to detach selected sketch elements and attach them elsewhere. You can move them along X coordinates, Y or in mode from to by selecting, from where to where you want to extend the sketch. An interesting fact is, that by stretching the sketch, the program automatically removes relations, that would make this impossible. Sometimes, after this process, you need to complete some of the relationships and dimensions, but it seems natural.

Or another example that allows you to make an oblique sketch from a converted sketch.
