You can easily choose Abort reference or Block reference after clicking on the circle Dynamic visualization of reference. This convenient option appeared in SolidWorks 2019.

If you do not see signs Visualization dynamic reference (parent and / or child), you can turn it on when you click on the name of deposit in tree.
