Do you know, that… ?
SOLIDWORKS “does not like” symmetry in the arcs. It means so much, that by drawing symmetrical shapes, in which it occurs bow, it is better to draw this arc as one contour. If you draw half an arc and mirror it mirror – the bows will not be identical. They will have the same radius, but different length. It manifests itself in this, that the joining point of the arcs is floating… Therefore, it is better to draw the arc separately as one continuous segment (obviously tangent).
But if that's not possible, what can be done about it?
There are two relationships, which you may find useful. Relation Equal responsible for identical radius. But in that case it is insufficient.
Therefore, another relation can be inserted, Equal length of curves. Only this relationship will do, that the bows will actually become equal.
Compare too, what will happen when you insert this relation in relation to: circles, splines or connected lines with arcs.
