You can change the orientation of the entire deposit, If for some reason the mistaken orientation during its construction. Skipping solution here in style: extinction bonds, temporary grouping and further rotation.

Orientation source looks like the picture below.

The task is to set the main direction along the Z axis. For this purpose:

1. I create a new assembly, wherein the graphical view and turn changes the orientation of rotating all around a respective axis.

2. The right-click choose Spread component.

I get the same file structure with bonds but in reverse orientation.
