In addition, sometimes they appear as constituent assemblies welded constructions, which are one part (multibody) and it would be difficult to show details. When selected, the part in the assembly is highlighted as one item.

Therefore, together with SOLIDWORKS 2020 it was possible to choose from the level of the superior assembly of the explode from multibody parts. After selecting such a part in the assembly, select in options Reuse explode and choose From parts. The program will activate the shooting, which was made inside the part.

The second option is to use the explode approach from the subassembly – this option was already available before. That is, having the deposit in the deposit, if a shot has already been taken in the subassembly, they can be activated in the parent assembly.
