If you have the PhotoView add-on 360 and you will create an animation, you can choose one of two options when saving:
- SOLIDWORKS screen
- PhotoView 360
The difference is this, that by saving the screen the program captures what you see in the program. However, using PhotoView 360 each frame is rendered. So pay attention to how many frames per second there are and how long the video lasts.
Personally, I always test by rendering one image outside of the animator, to estimate how much time it will take to animate the whole thing.
There is another interesting option available only with PhotoView 360 – Motion blur. The effect allows you to achieve motion blur according to the selected options.
