The mold tools in SolidWorks there is an operation called Core, which allows to perform movable forming elements in the undercuts.

On the selected face / plane draw the shape of the filler opening in the undercut, which will be pulled to the surface or at a distance.

Using this operation, you execute additional elements, which can not be formed in the main opening direction of the mold.
