You can easily transfer between sheets of drawing views.

The standard option works CTRL + C (copy view) CTRL + X (cut) and after indicating the location on the new sheet – Ctrl+V (paste). However, you can not just copy the dependent views, e.g. section. This is because, it is also required to paste the parent view.

So if you pointed Ctrl source and cross-section view and copy or cut, pasting it would be possible.

To move the view of a better solution would be to simply drag this view or several views of the (active) sheet to another.

This way, you can also move list of materials.
