A common problem is the marking of parts in CAD before they are released for production. For example, cutting out sheets or cutting construction profiles, it is useful to label them.

Meet my method!

I create library operation, basically a sketch with respect to the auxiliary sketch line. I am linking the inserted text to the filename (SW-File Name).

Then I save the sketch in the * .sldlfp library format Design library in the features directory (or any other). The operation is ready for use. Just drag it onto a part and the name of that part will appear as text. Of course, the operation may immediately cut a hole or create a convex shape.
