You can change the local dimension arrows, if the dimensions are tightly spaced and there is no possibility of reversing the arrowhead.

After highlighting the dimension, when sizing is off (cursor in the form of ) right-click mouse blue dot at the tip, and select from the list that appears different kind of arrows / lines.
