Some time ago I wrote generally about data exchange between SOLIDWORKS and Visualize. This method was fine until PhotoView was discontinued 360, i.e. to the SOLIDWORKS version 2024. Of course it works and is effective, but nowadays it can be done better.
In SolidWorks, turn on the add -on SOLIDWORKS Visualize. A dedicated belt with the same name will appear, with which you can send a model to Visualize.
At the time of changes in the 3D model – applies to both geometry and appearances – Just click Update to refresh the information in Visualize.
