To enable or disable the CommandManager tab, right-click inside the manager.

If you click on enabled tabs, then you can enable or disable one toolbar at a time.

But be careful! Version of SolidWorks 2021 if you click above, i.e. on the toolbar, this tabbed window will be locked. Means, that you can enable or disable multiple tabs at once!
