Thread designation in technical drawings it is not always displayed correctly. This is the setting in the view properties Thread designation display.

Generally, a change to High quality results in the correct display of the marking. I wrote “generally”, because it happened several times in my life, that it did exactly the opposite – so the thread was displayed better with the option Draft quality.
