You can insert SOLIDWORKS drawings General table, in which you can define your own parameters.

You can combine the dimension from the model with the cell of such table, which after geometry modifications will automatically update. Double-click in the cell and then once on the dimension and it's ready.

Of course, you can combine the cells of other tables with parameters in a similar way, including reference numbers.
