Saving the assembly as part has many applications. One of them is to simplify the geometry or reduce position in the list of materials.
Standard setting is All components, But you can change to Outer walls or Include specific components.
If you choose this option, This will appear in the course of the recording of an additional window, in which you can specify additional criteria for including or excluding components.
You can also specify these options globally in the system options > Export > SLDPRT from assembly.
There is one more possibility.
In the file properties in the section Save the assembly as a part You can set two options:
- Always include – uwzględnia komponent w wynikowej części podczas zapisywania złożenia jako części. The option replaces the conditions specified in the system options i Property Manager Propertymanager Save the assembly as part.
- Always exclude – wyklucza komponent w wynikowej części podczas zapisywania złożenia jako część.
